THE EDDYTORIAL

Thanks to everybody who played this year. It was a ton of fun once again hosting the tournament pool for the third year. I have some ideas for next year and look forward to doing it for year four where we will see if we can approach 180+ entries..

Check back in August for the NFL Pick Em League.

Headlines

CHARRED AND TARRED!

From start to finish, there was no question that the Tar Heels had it locked down. Game Over. No Contest. Congrats to Shelley Schroeder who selected UNC and now is the highest scorer ever in ebTalk Tournament History. ebTalk Podcast Guest, Roy Williams, now has his second title.

NEW CHAMPION

Regardless of tonights game, Shelley Schroeder is your 2009 ebTalk NCAA Tournament Pool Champion. If UNC goes on to win, she could potentially be the highest scorer ever in league history. Congrats Shelley on your victory!

FEMALE DOMINATION

In second place this year was Penny Lamb who stayed near the top most of the way. After an impressive early start in 2008, she looked to improve on that and did with her second place finish. Maybe she can teach baby brother Ricky a thing or two on what sports teams are better.
